This adjustability allows you to push more negative camber angle on the rear axle, while keeping the TOE-IN configuration. The Hirschmann uniball-joints are sealed, meaning the item can work on road-cars where dust, salts and other types of debris are encountered, but cannot enter into the uniball and destroy it, making this one of the most user-friendly upgrades you can make.
