Unleash the Grip of your M Car

The BMW F8X M platform is amazing out of the box. The chassis stability, chassis stiffness and overall performance makes the car feel extremely connected to the driver. The one place where BMW have had to make a compromise though - is the kinematics. While mostly rose-jointed, the rear axle kinematics are not able to give you more than 2 degrees of rear camber, with a TOE-In configuration at stock ride-height. This is a problem if you want to push the vehicle's capabilities beyond pacy street driving.

Our rear axle kinematics unleash a level of grip and control one could not experience under the stock rear axle setup. Adjusting camber / toe angles is easy and grip and feel is improved massively, as all the rubber in those components is now swapped for heim-joints.

 

Stage 1:

Stage 1 consists of 2 rear adjustable toe arms. This adjustability allows you to push ~0.4 degrees more negative camber angle on the rear axle, while keeping the TOE-IN configuration. Unlike the stock toe arms, our toe arms have no rubber bushings on them as both ends are changed for high-quality motorsport uni-balls (heim-joints) - the same ones used in GT-Masters, GT3 and other sprint and endurance championships.

Stage 2 (recommended):

Stage 2 consists of 2 rear adjustable toe arms and 4 rear adjustable camber arms. The added camber arms allow you to fully adjust rear camber and toe angles and set-up the car to your desired specification. The replacement of all rubber bushings with high-quality motorsport heim-joints give you more feel and response from the rear axle, as well as reduce flex under load by over 85% which is massively important for consistency of grip when pushing hard.

With this setup we also send a booklet with recommended setups for road, track-day, sprint and endurance races, as well as instructions on how to properly set up a car to your liking depending on the behavior of the vehicle on track.

Stage 3:

Stage 3 consists of 4 rear adjustable toe arms and 4 rear adjustable camber arms. This setup is for the owners who want 0-compromises when it comes to feel, response and setup adjustment. One benefit of replacing all your rear arms with our Haimus Racing adjustable counterparts is the opportunity to not only customize camber and toe angles, but also rear axle width. This gives you the opportunity to introduce more stability and full freedom over the rear setup of the car.

Swapping out all the stock rear arms also has the added benefit of higher feel and stability under load of the rear axle, as all rubber arm bushings are now replaced with high-quality uniballs giving you pin-point precision and accuracy when pushing.
