Haimus Racing G8X M3 / M4 Swan Neck Wing

Our wing is 100 % hand-crafted from pre-preg carbon fiber material. It features a swan-neck design giving it much higher efficiency than other wings on the market. The design is created specifically and positioned precisely for the shape of the G8X chassis. The middle of the wing has a different cross-section to take into account the vortex created by the antenna on the roof. The horizontal and vertical positioning is assigned after multiple CFD tests and real-world tests so that the wing works with the balance of the vehicle chassis in the best way possible. (An example of the opposite would be - creating too much lift on the opposite axle, or creating the downforce too-far forwards or backwards which could create balance or innefficency issues.)

Our wing features an adjustable construction giving you 6 degrees of angle control depending on the needs of the track and / or driver. More angle means more downforce, but also more drag on the streights. Hitting the ultimate setup and balance is all dependant on you! 

A gurney flap is included giving you a higher efficiency without making the wing overly large. The gurney increases the downforce created by the wing profile by over 10%.

In the package we also give you full mounting hardware including bootlid reinforcement plates which allow the load from the wing to be spread equally along the top and the underside of the bootlid itself which is extremely important for the stability of the rear wing!
